Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Manpower Services Canada Limit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Manage daily sales operations, including sales forecasting, inventory management, and customer service
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and promotions
  • Manage budgets and monitor sales performance to ensure profitability
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in a retail or automotive environment
  • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
