Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Manpower Services Canada Limit. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing daily sales operations, evaluating performance, and developing strategies to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily sales operations to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Evaluate sales performance and develop strategies to improve sales results.
  • Plan and organize sales activities, including market research and trend analysis.
  • Manage and supervise a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sales and drive business growth.
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recruit, hire, and train sales staff to ensure a high-performing team.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales and management.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
