Compensation Package

About the Role
This role will significantly contribute to the success of Transformation Initiatives within Credit Risk. As a key member of the team, you will support the EVP & Deputy CRO in developing and implementing strategies, and supporting cross-functional initiatives. This includes work directly related to the GRM Transformation Program, driven by the VP, Transformation Office (dotted-line reporting).

The incumbent will be accountable for the delivery of the Transformation Initiatives for Credit Risk in accordance with the Transformation Management Office (TMO). All responsibilities will include ensuring that all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Credit Risk Leadership in fulfilling the strategic goals of the Transformation Program.
  • Act as a trusted partner to the EVP & Deputy CRO, and Credit Risk leadership, to help define and review priorities.
  • Mandate supports the execution of outcomes from the external independent review (to strengthen 2nd line oversight), and the GRM Transformation Program.
  • Partner with appropriate stakeholders within Credit Risk to identify opportunities and provide thought leadership to drive efficiencies and consolidate disparate processes.
  • Synthesize findings and present clear recommendations and implementation plans to ensure impactful project outcomes.
  • Facilitate coordination between Credit Risk stakeholders to bridge silos and enable alignment across teams throughout all stages of development and execution.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in the financial industry with particular emphasis in risk management.
  • An enterprise mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to interpret results for the business/stakeholders and derive insight.
  • Ability to be proactive, self-directed, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to succinctly convey information to senior GRM audiences.
