The Strategic Partnerships Division plays a pivotal role in Canada's health system, focusing on partnerships with critical stakeholders to implement practice and policy changes aligned with the 2019-2029 Canadian Strategy for Cancer Control.

The Analyst, Strategy & Partner Experience supports this division by delivering projects and initiatives that achieve organizational priorities. Reporting to the Manager, Government Engagement, the incumbent provides coordination and analytic support to deliver on program/project objectives.

This role involves:

  • External Intelligence Analysis: Synthesize, analyze, and report external intelligence, coordinating information collection and dissemination both internally and externally.
  • Regional Integration Office (RIO) Support: Assist in the ongoing work of the RIO, which aims to facilitate engagement with partners across Canada to accelerate action and delivery of CPAC's refreshed strategy and outcomes.

Experience and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Administration, Health Policy, or a relevant discipline is required.
  • Proven experience in knowledge transfer of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational, process development, and project management/coordination skills are essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience interpreting and synthesizing research and technical information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools is necessary.
  • Experience working with provincial, national, and international cancer organizations and professional associations is an asset.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
