Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at NATIONAL SECURITY GUARD PROTECTION SERVICES INC.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations and coordinate responses with other teams.
- Team Management: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and repairs as required.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support security operations.
- Training and Development: Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
- Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Security Guard License.
