Job Title: User Support Technician

BLUE AERO JOB SERVICES INC. is seeking a skilled User Support Technician to join our team. As a User Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on the use of computer systems, software, and other technical tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and implement solutions to prevent future problems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting manuals.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new technical systems and processes.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of computer systems, software, and technical tools.

Experience:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Permanent position with 30 hours per week.
