As a key member of our team, the Office Manager will play a vital role in supporting the success of our insurance agency. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in insurance sales, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals and targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • OTL or RIBO & LLQP license, or willingness to obtain within a short timeframe.
