Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Manager to join our team at Rose Monachino - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing leads, and working closely with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and grow our business.
  • Provide prompt and accurate customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, including developing leads and scheduling appointments.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • OTL/RIBO license required or in the process of obtaining.
