About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining custom applications and automation initiatives that support our strategic objectives. This includes leading a team of technical professionals to develop and implement solutions that meet business needs.

In this role, you will also be accountable for:

  • Managing the development of custom applications, including low-code and no-code platforms
  • Leading the technical architecture, design, development, and testing of advanced analytics products
  • Evaluating and selecting appropriate tools and technologies for projects
  • Guiding the team to develop priorities, coordinate performance, and manage intersections with partners
  • Delivering data analytics initiatives by working with business associates, source system teams, project managers, and IT staff
  • Supervising designated staff and contractors, conducting employee performance reviews, and coaching team members
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus 10 years of experience in application development and management
  • A strong technical background, including a solid understanding of software development principles, technologies, and industry best practices
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of developing team members and managing complex projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to strategize and utilize diplomacy in handling relationships
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
