Healthcare Professional: Imaging Services Leadership

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Professional to lead our Medical Imaging services at Fraser Health, ensuring high-quality delivery of care and strategic oversight for our imaging programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective department-wide policies and strategies to ensure integrated and sustainable Medical Imaging programs and services.
- Collaborate with key partners to define an effective workforce plan for Medical Imaging services, ensuring the ongoing availability of qualified and technically competent staff.
- Implement effective performance management processes and provide direction, guidance, and cross-site leadership to a designated group of unionized staff.
- Provide leadership and coordination of quality improvement and patient and staff safety programs, ensuring compliance with legislation and safety standards.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant health care profession and seven to ten years' recent, related experience in progressively more senior management/leadership roles within a large unionized health care environment.
- Current registration/membership with a recognized professional association.

- An estimated salary range of CAD $65.54 - $94.22 per hour, based on your experience and qualifications.
