Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $92,000 - $105,000 annually, competitive pay, flexible benefits, an employee share plan, and a defined contribution pension plan.
Job Description
The Document Control Lead will be part of a high-performing project team that is dedicated to delivering the East Harbour Transit Hub Alliance project in Toronto.
This role requires strong document management skills, including issue creation, retrieval, retention, audit, turnover, and continuous improvement strategies.
The successful candidate will have 5-8 years of previous experience in a document management role within the construction, infrastructure, or related industry.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of progressive completion and handover process within an alliance project.
- Proven experience leading a Document Control team, including facilitating team member growth and development by providing regular coaching and supportive feedback.
- Proficient experience with Aconex and Procore, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to proactively identify project document management needs and work effectively within a fast-paced environment with various deadlines and competing priorities.
