About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Attendant to join our team at Thunder Rode Ent. Ltd. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, as well as portion and wrap foods for our customers.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas, and keep records of the quantities of food used.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate dishwashers, electronic cash registers, and other equipment to ensure efficient and effective food service.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
  • Work Setting: Rural area.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods, lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English.
