The company is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of company facilities, including manufacturing, laboratories, and offices areas. The ideal candidate will have a background in facility maintenance, laboratory operations, facility project planning, move logistics, and environmental health and safety. A strong understanding of GMP regulations and experience with capital projects and facility expansions are also required. The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for managing external vendors and services providers, planning and executing administrative processes and records, and maintaining awareness of health and safety issues. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of progressive facilities management experience. The successful candidate will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and have solid project management, planning, organization, and time management skills. Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of company facilities
* Manage and oversee capital projects such as renovations and facility expansions
* Work with internal teams to ensure compliance with Health Canada, FDA, and GMP regulatory requirements
* Oversight of routine facility maintenance, upkeep, and repair of building systems
* Manage external vendors and services providers
* Plan, execute, and maintain administrative processes and records
* Maintain awareness of health and safety issues

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
* Minimum 10 years of progressive facilities management experience
* Strong background in facility operations and GMP regulations
* Proven track record in managing capital projects and facility expansions
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
* Solid project management, planning, organization, and time management skills
