Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental clinic.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for dental examinations by providing a comfortable and clean environment.
  • Promote good oral hygiene practices among patients through education and demonstrations.
  • Maintain dental instruments and equipment, adhering to strict sterilization protocols.
  • Assist dentists with procedures, including polishing teeth, applying fluoride sealants, and taking X-rays.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to patient safety.

Education and Experience
  • Certificate or diploma from a recognized educational institution (College, CEGEP, or equivalent).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a dental setting.
Working Conditions

This position requires on-site work at our dental clinic, with no option for remote work. You must be available to work regular business hours, including some evening appointments.
