We are seeking a skilled Dental Office Support Specialist to join our team at Redtree Dental. This role is perfect for an organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
About the Role- This position involves supporting dental hygienists, dentists, and other staff members in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring efficient use of time slots.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures and providing guidance on post-treatment care.
- Provide administrative support to dental hygienists, dentists, and other staff members as needed.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by being flexible, proactive, and solution-focused.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Familiarity with dental office software and systems a plus.
