We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Master Dental Solution Ltd.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that will provide administrative support to our dental professionals. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience with scheduling appointments and maintaining inventory.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to multitask, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for our dentists and hygienists
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the appropriate staff member
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Greet patients and direct them to the reception area or exam rooms
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required by management
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
