About the Role:

Baker Tilly WM LLP is seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Senior Manager to join our tax practice in Toronto or Vancouver.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing transfer pricing policies that align with the business objectives of multinational clients while ensuring compliance with Canadian and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop transfer pricing strategies that support client business objectives and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation, including local files, master files, and country-by-country reports.
  • Evaluate the arm's length nature of intercompany transactions and conduct benchmarking analyses to support transfer pricing methodologies.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement intercompany agreements that accurately reflect the terms and conditions of related-party transactions.
  • Provide proactive guidance to clients on transfer pricing best practices and risk mitigation strategies.
