Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Manager to join our team at Wok Box. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Requisition food and kitchen supplies
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff
- Train staff in job duties and procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Efficient interpersonal skills

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, and physically demanding tasks.
