About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to provide clinical and professional leadership in our team. The successful candidate will participate in planning and providing care, identifying issues that impact patient care, and collaborating with the Health Services Manager and Director of Health Services/Site Lead.

  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in patient care within the unit and hospital
  • Act as a role model and patient advocate, exhibiting team building and leadership skills
  • Demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills, and serve as a resource for team members

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline, current registration with a relevant health discipline college/association, and at least 5 years of recent clinical experience with preference given to those with pre-intra-post operative care experience.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who possesses strong leadership skills, demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships, and excellent human resource management, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

$40.15 - $53.35 Hourly
