Baviera Investments Inc. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service establishment. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they meet quality control standards.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Supervise 5-10 people, including food service counter attendants and food preparers, in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent oral communication skills and efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Client focus and initiative.
