Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Prepare food order summaries for chef
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability

Working Conditions:
