Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our customers and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and technical support, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional support to customers and partners via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a efficient and effective manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to provide expert advice and guidance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
