Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a efficient and effective manner

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to provide expert advice and guidance


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
