Job Summary

Biscuits Leclerc Ltd is seeking a skilled Machine Production Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our food processing equipment, ensuring the highest quality products are produced efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery: Operate multi-functional process control machinery and single function machines to process, bag, box, or package food products.
  • Record production information: Accurately record production information, including production data and any issues encountered.
  • Maintain equipment: Clean machines and immediate work areas, and inform supervisors of any mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities.
  • Adjust process variables: Make adjustments to process variables to ensure optimal production.
  • Set up and adjust equipment: Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills: Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Attention to detail: Ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Working Conditions

This role is based in a food processing plant environment and requires the ability to work in a noisy and fast-paced environment.
