Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Biscuits Leclerc Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our food processing equipment, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain food processing equipment, including machinery and packaging systems
  • Monitor and record production data, including gauges, computer printouts, and video monitors
  • Clean and maintain equipment and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Inform supervisors of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities
  • Adjust process variables to optimize production and quality
  • Maintain shift logs and production records
  • Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines
Requirements
  • Experience with food processing equipment and machinery
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
