Job Title: Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at Biscuits Leclerc Ltd. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and equipment in our food processing plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain machinery to process and package food products
  • Record production information and monitor gauges, computer printouts, and video monitors to ensure specified processing conditions
  • Clean machines and work areas, and inform supervisors of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities
  • Make adjustments to process variables and maintain shift logs of production and other data
  • Set up and adjust processing and packaging machines
Requirements:
  • Experience with multi-functional process control machinery and single-function machines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and manual dexterity
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with flexibility and teamwork
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a noisy environment
