Job Title: Machine Operator

Biscuits Leclerc Ltd is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in a fast-paced food processing environment. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to process and package food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate machinery to process and package food products
  • Record production information and maintain shift logs
  • Monitor gauges, computer printouts, and video monitors to ensure processing conditions are met
  • Clean machines and work areas to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Inform supervisors of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities
  • Make adjustments to process variables as needed
Requirements:
  • Experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a noisy environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
