Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at I Time Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems and networks, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems and networks
  • Report on the performance of computer systems and networks
  • Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
  • Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Collect, organize and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Provide business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met

Requirements

  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of networking software, hardware, and security
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
