We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Strata Property Manager Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with us, developing your skills and knowledge in the field of strata property management.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in real estate and property management. As a Strata Property Manager Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced team to learn the ins and outs of strata property management, including building systems, strata council meetings, and customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Assist licensed property managers with daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Support the property management team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
  • Develop skills and knowledge in strata property management, including building systems and strata council meetings
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and residents
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and a vehicle in good working order
  • Eligibility to obtain a Strata Property Management license
