Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist licensed property managers with daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Support the property management team with administrative duties
  • Learn and understand the strata management licensing course curriculum
  • Develop skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent typing and computer skills
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and a vehicle in good working order
  • Eligibility to obtain a Strata Property Management license in BC
