About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in real estate. As a Property Manager Trainee, you will work closely with our experienced team to gain hands-on experience and develop the skills necessary to become a licensed Strata Property Manager. You will be responsible for supporting our licensed property managers, assisting with daily reception desk duties, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support licensed property managers with daily tasks and responsibilities
  • Assist with reception desk duties, including answering phones and responding to emails
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of strata property management principles and practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a hospitality or retail environment
  • Excellent typing and computer skills, including Microsoft Suite
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license and a vehicle in good working order
  • Eligibility to obtain a Strata Property Management license
