About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team at Sarita Food Wholesale. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up messages, parcels, and other items by hand, as well as operating and driving automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and pick up messages, parcels, and other items by hand
  • Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products
  • Keep a record of items received and delivered
  • Load and unload goods
  • Follow directions and read maps
  • Use maps and other trip planning aids
  • Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs, and any problems
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
Requirements
  • Air Brakes Endorsement
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)

Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
