Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

Bird Logistics Ltd. is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing specific plans to prioritize tasks, organizing tasks to accomplish work, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work and ensure timely completion.
  • Oversee operational logistics, including planning and organizing operational logistics.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a 35 to 40 hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Green job with duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
