About the Role

BIRD LOGISTICS LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics operations of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Logistics Plans: Create and execute specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient logistics operations.
  • Task Organization and Coordination: Organize tasks to accomplish work objectives and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including planning and organizing operational logistics.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
Work Environment
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
