Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at BIRD LOGISTICS LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement logistics plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient operations.
  • Organize and coordinate tasks to accomplish work objectives and oversee operational logistics.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including requisitioning materials and equipment.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on operational performance.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles and practices.
