At Connection, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As an Account Manager at Connection, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for prospecting new leads, building rapport with decision-makers, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and engage with potential customers through cold calling and email outreach
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Continuously develop and refine your sales skills and knowledge through ongoing training and coaching

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
