As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
* Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
* Inspect kitchens and food service areas
* Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
* Clean kitchen and work areas
* Stock refrigerators and salad bars
* Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand
* Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
* Remove kitchen garbage and trash
* Portion and wrap foods
* Package take-out food
* Handle and store cleaning products
* Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
* Prepare, heat and finish simple food items
* Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
* Place dishes in storage area
