Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and efficient food preparation.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and coaching to our staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to promote a culture of excellence.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Maintain Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality, and that our restaurant is clean and well-maintained.
- Prepare Budgets and Reports: Assist in the preparation of budgets and reports to help us make informed business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, physically demanding.
