**About the Opportunity**

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the AP processing function and acting as a liaison between our company and its vendors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Guarantee accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of the accounts payable process
  • Receive and review all invoices/payables documents for accuracy via system, ensuring appropriate documentation
  • Ensure correct coding and allocation of all invoices by account, department, location, program, and where necessary, capture bill back information for monthly intercompany billings
  • Reconcile various accounts by identifying errors in posting or omissions by applying appropriate accounting standards

**Requirements:**

  • Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or business administration, or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience with ERP software (4+ years)
  • Must be detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently

**Salary Information: **

The estimated salary for this position is $24 - $26/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Location:** Greater Toronto Area, Canada
