Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Chief Isaac Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, ensuring all details are taken care of.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless information flow within the team.
  • Supervision: Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Policy Development: Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Training: Train other workers on new policies and procedures.
  • Office Management: Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and strong organizational skills.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate.
  • Software Proficiency: Google Docs, Sage Accounting Software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Electronic scheduler, Database software, Accounting software, MS Office, Simply Accounting.
