We are seeking an Executive Culinary Leader to join our team at Beirut Express. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation and cooking activities, creating new recipes, and ensuring the highest quality of our dishes.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient food preparation and cooking activities.
- Develop new recipes and menus that meet the highest culinary standards.
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities to ensure timely and quality delivery of dishes.
- Consult with clients to understand their culinary needs and preferences.
- Recruit and train staff members to ensure a skilled and efficient kitchen team.
About the Role
- Culinary experience: 2 years to less than 3 years or equivalent experience.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Work setting: Restaurant, fast food.
- Cuisine specialties: Lebanese, Mediterranean cuisine.
