Salary: $34.07 per hour, based on 30 hours of work per week, including weekends. This translates to an annual salary of approximately $64,000.

Job Description: As an Executive Culinary Supervisor, you will play a key role in leading our culinary team to achieve outstanding results. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Estimating supply costs and maintaining accurate records of food inventory
  • Demonstrating new cooking techniques and training staff on equipment usage
  • Supervising specialist chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations
  • Creative menu planning to meet quality standards
  • Preparing meals for special events and guests

Required Skills and Qualifications: To excel in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience cooking in Latin American and Caribbean cuisine. A certificate or diploma in Cooking or Gastronomy is also mandatory. Spanish language proficiency is required, while English language skills are not necessary.
