Manufacturing Excellence Director

Tec Group Inc. is seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Excellence Director to lead our Quality Plant Engineering team in Windsor, ON, Canada.
About the Role:
- Drive quality improvements in vehicle production, ensuring alignment with quality and production requirements.
- Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers, representing Tec Group Inc. interests effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish containment actions to safeguard customer interests.
- Analyze vehicle issues, identifying root causes through meticulous diagnosis.
- Oversee corrective action plans and risk assessments, guaranteeing product-process maturity.
- Promote good ideas and standards, ensuring technical requirements application.
- Lead team skills development, ensure safety at work, and manage activities efficiently.
- Develop and implement quality KPI management strategies to resolve systemic/chronic quality issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in an Engineering Department, Vehicle/mechanic Plant, or Project team environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead Engineering teams, working off-shift hours as necessary.
Preferred Requirements:
- Master's degree for advanced expertise.
- Green belt certification for improved process efficiency.
- Experience in World Class Manufacturing for streamlined processes.
Estimated Salary Range:$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
