About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at Paul's Paper. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Conduct work study and develop production programs to optimize plant layouts and production facilities
  • Design and implement control systems to oversee production and inspect processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop computer applications for machines and processes
  • Analyze data and samples to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering
  • Strong understanding of production processes and control systems
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
