We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team at Paul's Paper. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Conduct work study and develop production programs to optimize plant layouts and production facilities
- Design and implement control systems to oversee production and inspect processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop computer applications for machines and processes
- Analyze data and samples to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering
- Strong understanding of production processes and control systems
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
