Store Operations Manager

**About the Role**
The Assistant Store Manager is a key position responsible for driving business results and ensuring exceptional customer experiences within our retail stores.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Sales and Profitability: Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, manage expenses, and maintain inventory control.
- Guest Services: Foster a positive and engaging store environment, providing excellent customer service, and addressing guest concerns promptly.
- Team Development: Support staff development, provide coaching, and performance feedback to ensure team members meet their full potential.
- Merchandising and Visual Display: Work closely with visual merchandisers to create an attractive and inviting store atmosphere that drives sales and meets company standards.
**Requirements & Qualifications:**
- A minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and point-of-sale systems.
- Prioritization of safety protocols, maintaining a clean and secure store environment.
**Compensation Package:** Estimated salary range $55,000-$65,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
