At StandardAero, we're committed to excellence in aviation solutions. As an ERP Solutions Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving our business forward by leveraging your expertise in ERP systems to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director, ERP and other ERP specialists to evolve our internal and external platforms, products, and solutions.
- Assess new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing systems, providing business and technical expertise.
- Coach and manage a team of ERP Business Analysts to develop a strong solution strategy that drives business outcomes.
- Support the Quality Assurance cycle by assisting the testing team and working with business owners to develop test case scenarios for functional enhancements.
- Partner with the Project Management team to provide budget estimates, timeline development, and oversight support during project execution.
- Research production system issues and manage the process through to problem resolution.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience implementing and/or maintaining large-scale Tier 1 ERP systems.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in an IT role with increasing responsibility.
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, decision-making, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to various stakeholders.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Post-secondary education in a related field of study or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel, with approximately 2-8 weeks per year of international travel possible.
