A Strategic Role in Our Discount Operations Team

We are seeking a skilled Manager Finance to join our team, leveraging financial, commercial, and operational analysis to drive business decisions and enhance performance.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making, who is passionate about the business and driving performance.

The successful candidate will partner with the Voila Leadership team to analyze and interpret financial results, driving performance and accountability across functions.

  • Lead and oversee the budget, forecast, and 10-year plan, ensuring adherence to timelines and alignment with Corporate FP&A standards.
  • Strengthen business partnerships with the Voila leadership team to accelerate decision-making and drive accountability across functions.
  • Develop and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance.
  • Provide strategic analytics and support to enhance day-to-day operations, using data to influence business decisions.
  • Identify risks to plans and forecasts, working with functional leaders to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
About You

To succeed in this role, you should possess an Undergraduate Degree in a related discipline (Business, Finance, Accounting, etc.) and at least 8 years of relevant Finance/Accounting experience.

An accounting designation (CPA or equivalent) and previous experience at the Manager level are preferred, but not required.

You should also have excellent financial acumen, both Accounting and Finance Operations, as well as strong business acumen/knowledge of business processes.

Additionally, you should be a collaborative individual, able to participate and influence as a partner to Operations, with excellent written and oral interpersonal and communication skills.

Our estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.
