Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at TULIP E-COMMERCE AND LOGISTICS. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Technical Assistance: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing solutions to technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Use problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical problems, documenting all interactions and resolutions.
  • Maintain Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance your technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other technical support specialists, engineers, and management to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in technical support, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Windows, Linux, and network protocols.
