At Rubinza Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Chief IT Operations Manager to lead our IT projects, plan daily operations, and implement policies and procedures.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree holder with 1-2 years of experience in managing IT projects, planning daily operations, and implementing policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to assign tasks to systems analysts, programmers, and other technicians effectively.

The Chief IT Operations Manager will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and improve IT service delivery.
  • Operational Management: Manage daily IT operations, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and maintain policies and procedures for information systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of systems analysts, programmers, and other technicians to deliver high-quality IT services.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer programming, data processing and systems, database management, programming languages, and software.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to discuss system requirements and costs.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and the ability to make informed decisions that align with business objectives.

We offer a competitive salary of $**60,000 - $80,000 per annum**, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
