Job Title: Deputy Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Chief Executive Officer to join our team at Heeva Fine Foods. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the company's strategic direction and ensuring the successful execution of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff
  • Manage events and conduct performance reviews
  • Maintain supply storage areas
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
