Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at ParaMed Home Health Care. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting nurses to ensure they provide high-quality care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support nurses to ensure they comply with legislated standards of practice and company policies
* Respond to and resolve concerns from community staff, patients, and families
* Provide ongoing leadership through regular meetings and one-on-ones
* Initiate patient safety incident investigations and document findings
* Work collaboratively with nursing team members to support clinical documentation and submission requirements
* Engage patients in problem-solving and provide health teaching and education
* Maintain knowledge and skills to provide safe and effective service
Requirements
* Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a practicing Registered Nurse
* Comprehensive patient health assessment skills
* Proven experience leading and managing a team
* Knowledge of clinical documentation standards and practice guidelines
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and teaching skills
* Commitment to professional development in clinical practice
* Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
* Current, clear Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS)
